right, it's been such a long time since I had a mobile phone contract, I see life has moved on and loads of comparison websites have emerged trying to get you the best deal.

does anybody have any recommendations where I could go to find a good mobile phone deal?

I'm after a Sony Ericsson C905 and willing to pay up to £30 a month in line rental (300 minutes and 3000/unlimited texts).

any ideas?

thanks :ninja:

I'd go for vodaphone just for the better coverage, nothing worse than talking with a stutter through bad reception. You will pay more but its worth it.

I'm not bothered which provider.... I just don't know where to get the cheapest/best deal 😳

No point having a cheap deal if that service provider coverage in that area is poor, Im on 02 and have been for 19 years, works the best in my area.

i'm with 3, the original contract was 750mins anytime/any network,unlimilted calls to 3 and unlimited texts(3000 i think)
for £27.50 per month
my other half was on the phone to them and she mentioned other networks were offering the same deal for abot £20,without hesitation they offered to reduce the remainder of the contract to £17.50 per month and bring forward the upgrade by 3 months! and if i want to re-new the price will stay the same!

being as tight as you are grr i'm sure you can haggle a good deal.....lol:lol:

Orange don't sell OVP anymore (not OAP!!!) not payg or contract, just pay for calls when you get your bill, no line rental or owt like that, lovely way to go (and I'm lucky enough to be on it still!):hurray:
