Accident to PHG truck.

Just called into see my stone supplier today to collect some more sealer and silicone..

And what a shock i got when he showed me the pics of what the idiot driver he has..

He tried to off load a crate of travertine with the truck hi-ab and didn't set
up the legs properly for support.. in fact he really should not have been trying to off load over a hedge like he was and what happened has devo'd my mate Dave from the PHG.. the truck off balanced and the back wheels came up as the weight was too much for the truck the way the legs were set up and this caused the handbrake to fail as the diff only locks one back wheel and then the truck rolled forward and over..

Take a look at the pics.. £34,000 truck as well..

Took 2 other larger trucks to recover it onto it's wheel and transport away..

I think he should be but Dave at PHG is still debating it.. He is too nice for his own good and this lad deserves to have no job after this... he has been told time and time again do not take risks..at any cost..

What a mess. Surely you would double check to see if the legs are set properly before unloading. Must have been a fair old weight with all that stone!
