YesThis screed has been down since the end of August and the UFH heating was turn on 4 weeks ago and has been running daily , there looking to tile it in January, do you think it will be dry by then??

So you couldn't just use a diamond cup on a small grinder, like my Boch grinder, as I seem to be the only tiler on the planet that doesn't own 15 grinders ...Im sure it will be dry. It will be a hard surface layer no doubt, get the diamond cup out !
Recommended me a grinder then, cheap!, As I think i'm part Scottish...Your small grinder will burn out Andy, doesn’t have the grunt mate. Trust me, I know.
I know, but to invest in one incase I do more floors or to hire one .....You know the grinding is a fully chargeable part of the job, just like matting for example. It’s not something that is thrown in mate.
