If it happens to be a alpha hemi hydrite screed from Mayhew knauf say they don't need sanding

There's a fair bit of loose white crap on the surface..

It’s around the price of Weber set plus with the vat a metre, this isn’t in the arms!
Edit that price is only what I’ve heard BAL rep didn’t give me a price

I had 130 metres of anhydrite that had been down for 8 months... Took me four hours to sand it all with this bad boy
