They are the best pictures you should have seen the tiles before he tried to fix them, had 3 of your members round before I took them off, so please help by passing word around to people not use < name removed>,

I've removed his name and details. I don't think it's fair to put the blame fully on the handyman. The choice you made to use a handyman and not an actual professional wall and floor tilers is mostly to blame for this situation.

I wish you all the best in rectifying the work.

Consider using a professional tiler to sort the problem out and it'll save you money in the long run.

You should really check references. But the fact his business name had "handyman" in it would put me off using him for most things unless I didn't have time to put together some Ikea wardrobes or something myself.

A handyman won't be a master of anything. And you need a tiler to fix tiles these days. The days of 6x6 whites are well and truly over.

It's awfull tiling but as previously said, you don't get a handyman to do a pro job, for tiling you really need a craftsman or a tradesman! By hiring a handyman you really should not be surprised at the poor quality!
I specialise in tiling, that's all I do really and that's all I want to do because I am passionate about it! Next time hire a tiler that is passionate about there work and you will get good results...
Sorry if harsh but these guys should know there level and in this case not very high!

it is not a excuse that he is a handyman.he took job on, charged proper price and failed to provide good service.it is only his fault that he took job he can not do properly.just my opinion.
