Bringing concrete floor up

Had a look at a job for a mate. Hall floor was tiled over an oak floor and has since lifted. Oak floor still in place. Ideally I'd want him to remove the oak floor and tile straight onto the concrete, but due to heights, that'd involve him changing all the doors. Is there any simple way that the concrete floor could be brought up 15-20mm?

never used this stuff before, but you can add chippings to slc to bulk it up. or you could lay marmox or wedi etc at 20mm thick, its not cheap what area is there to do?
I also saw somewhere that there is a slc that you can apply upto 20mm thick in one application i believe. cant remember the name or make. someone else might be able to advize on this...

A screed mixed with runafix sbr and a slurry applied to the concrete as you lay, your'll better using a good quality render sand rather than the course sharp sand at that thickness.
You could also use a thermal board using a spf to adhere it to the concrete floor

Thats the way I would go about it but others may other suggestions

marmox boards done in a day tile the next

mapie ultraplan maxi ? can do upto 30mm in one go
