You need to register on their website then log in.

Agreed. Staff, managers, area manager, all great at my local branch. Get to know them and they will look after you.

It's a stupid - completely stupid - no UTTERLY idiotic idea to have rolling expiration on points. Just let people collect them up to the end of the year and then redeem or lose them.

I don't have a local branch, and I've never used them, I signed up after reading about it a lot and hoping to use them on occasion but they don't don't make it easy, why not have trade prices on the site when I log in

A nice lady called me last year and asked for feedback on the website.
It was really poor back then...
Still is terrible to use.
Even Topps' is better - and that's saying something!
