yes they are telling me on the news, and i was in the builders merchants this morn and it was very active , lets all get behind this and Talk-it -up and be Positive and who knows if enough of us talk it up it may happen

Deffinitely strong signs of recovery in the screeding market at the moment. To be fair most of the growth is in the south and London but it is getting better. I know we are ahead of budget for the year and have more than trippled our output compared to this time last year.... all good here

its very busy where I am, vans always around, buildings going down then up, extensions and loft conversions everywhere. Its rare to drive along a street and see nothing going on. skips, scaffolding etc !
