Well the builder never got back to me yesterday as he said he would ,was just a waste of time driving 40 miles to look at the job and he did not have the respect to let me know,maybe its what I said to him that he didnt like ,well I hope it all goes bandy for him,as I'am sure it will with that much ply on the walls.

Just had a look at job, 600x600 porcs on skimmed plasterboard , curved bath panel made from 6mm ply and a floating chipboard floor I think I,ll give that one a miss.
 
Afternoon all,

Got some 600x300 Basaltina Black Porcelain going up to the ceiling in an entire ensuite, Tile Giants guys reckon tiles weigh in at about 22kg/m2. Walls all plasterboard and would think have been skimmed. Started ringing a few bells for me, but from what I've established it's very close to being ok, what's every bodies thoughts. I could quote to 12mm Hardie the whole room but don't want to give them this expense if they don't need it.
