i was right all along, 50mmx50mm tiles. only thing i would have done different was try to match the colour of the tiles in the corner.

looks like you tiled round the pelmuts at the bootom of the units, or did you remove them and cut and refit?

not sure what you mean please elaborate

Pelmets are the trim/ mouldings fitted to the underside of the kitchen wall units. In most cases a tiler would't remove these as the mitres etc will normally be glued together and it would mean extra work. If you make a mistake you will struggle to get replacements to match the kitchen also.
