I have used the software before but only the lite version. Personally i wouldnt bother with that version though as i found it far too limited. The full version does seem to be more what i require but its not a chance i would be willing to take for £100.
It was a while back when i tried it but it seemed very ....non English ! The tiles and designs were very American. i would have like to see more Tiles available in the UK on there. I know you could import your own but also the bathroom furniture etc were still not UK friendly.
It would be nice to see if it could be changed though.

Sir Ramic: If there are specific designs you are looking for we can probably add them for you. We have added some Victorian designs in the last year - is that the sort of thing you are looking for? Are there specific tile lines you would like to see?

Well thats nice to know about the money back deal.
What i am more interested in is it being more sympathetic to the UK bathrooms etc which are of a smaller scale usually and of different sanitary ware design although i know i could design a bath tub and save the image for later.
On a general note about these type of design packages i feel that you would need to spend more time on site making accurate measurements and how many times do i get to site only to find an empty room and no measurements for baths and vanity units etc. This makes for a hard time in providing an accurate plan of the room.
