Just been back to the quaks and been referred to the 2nd specialist who will apparently inject, educate and exercise me and if that fails Im down for some serious surgery that may or may not fix the problem.

Probably turn out to be something simple, but vital with the complex machine we take for granted everyday.

had a full replacement knee at 40. 9 years on and having to have it replaced again soon look after your body while you are young always where knee pads and lift things correctly or else you will regret it later on in life
