I stepped on a customers weighing scales last December and had quite a surprise to find I was at the heaviest I had ever been ,I decided that I needed to lose weight and thought I would go out and start jogging to keep fit despite a few set backs with the weather I have pretty much kept this up and run about 35 minutes 3-4 times a week now ,normally at 5.30am before work ,I also joined up a gym in January and am trying to get there once or twice a week ,I have started to notice a slight difference in my waistline and definately feel fitter than when I started ,
How do you keep fit and is your diet healthy ?

20 minute walk every lunch time, 15 minutes non stop on the rowing machine when i get home from work and then about an hours dog walk every evening too. it's not working yet tho :mad2: still as heavy as i was this time last year :mad2:

I bought a good mountain bike, have been out a few times now, more needed but it'll sure get you fit, loads of trails about England,Wales,Scotland and here.

I don't, after a days work the last thing on my mind is getting the scooter out:smilewinkgrin:

swim once a week, one roadrun once a week, iam reserve forces so got to keep at it,as i no getting any younger,as for diet, who knows they tell one thing is healthy then its not, just stay away from the saturated fats and the beer mate lol :yikes:
