Overkill - is this a wise layering for UFH?

i would go for insulation boards then wire then screed, other wise you will be loosing heat , heating up the concrete floor , imo

My method would be:
Prime
Fix insulation boards
Lay ufh
Cover with latex
Tile

I wouldn't use Ditra with these tiles either.

But he like me is using Porcelain tiles....? Sorry, I don't understand what the difference is...?
(i'm not having a go BTW, saving money on DITRA is all good news to me!!)

Personally I would'nt use ditra with porcelain tiles, natural stone yes.
