tax disc online

:yikes: I've just tried to renew my tax disc online, it has returned with "no insurance found for this vehicle"
I'm wondering who the hell I'm paying a direct debit to then! It's supposed to be Fortis, and the payments have been going out regular.I feel some irate phone conversations coming tomorrow:mad2::mad2:

i've ben getting my tax disc online for a while now and never had any probs.only problem is paying for it.:mad2:

My neighbour has a shogun and his road tax is £400 a year :yikes:

rang dvla they said no problem about the mistake on my address, insurers confirmed that I am insured fully comp and dvla source their info from an external database:8:
