Not yet mate. Im actually at a rehabilitation centre for 2 weeks receiving intensive physiotherapy which I hope will hope. Wife phoned me this morning to tell me I have a scan in early December which is good

Sat in the chiropractor now waiting for my appointment...

I've had back issues for a long time and can put up with most of it....
But it the sciatic, I can't stand..... Pain running down the back of my leg and into my foot....
