Morning all. Got water on the knee !! Cant remember how to get rid of it Lol. 5 weeks without a day off methinks🙁

Get it sorted . Water on the knee pretty innocuous but i had it and because i altered the way i did things ( different body positioning ) i believe it put my back out which lasted a lot longer than the W.O.K.

green light given to get back to work for thumb injury, just another cortisone injection in shoulder tomorrow and hopefully should be back and raring to go 🙂
