Having trouble sleeping Doug
I had an ankle fusion last September 6 months of work can still remember sitting up in bed in the middle of the night wide awake .good look in your recovery,don’t rush back

I always get up early mate, but maybe napping through the day isn't such a good idea. Gonna attempt taking the dogs out today, only problem is that I trained them to walk on my left hand side and that;s the side I've had my op on so holding lead may be a problem, but only 100 yards until I get to field and let them off so shouldn't be so bad.

it says (forum clock) that I posted in this thread at 3:14am, it was 4:14am 😉 feeling ok thanks mate, a couple of the physio exercises are painful though so if I bang a couple of painkillers an hour or so beforehand I can manage them 🙂
