It was my parents that booked the holiday and i think through the way they pieced it together probably to get a better deal it's not covered somehow. they are trying through the bank who supplies their insurance to see if they can claim on that. Could be worse though, I can always book another, i feel more for the crew/staff that won't get paid! 🙁
