Morning, another superb day over here, it's been like this all week, not used to it 🙂

Ive had a chill out night,cooking and a few beers. Ran out of my english bought chinese curry paste so will now be rattling until i work out how or who will get me some more.
made some shrimp, mango (from my tree) and avacado ceviche trying to mimic a local restaurant. almost hit it first time but theres always room for improvement.
