Topps staff,they think they above it.

Purchased an 18 mm diamond hole cutter from Topps didnt use it for a couple weeks got it out of the packet the other day to cut a hole in a Johnson wall & floor tile,it did not touch it, it just left a black ring ,took it in today and the manager said "just this once I,ll give you the benefit of the doubt" now to me that,s calling me a lair. You would think that you would be treated with a bit more respect when you spend a bit of money in there,.So from now on, will be taking all my custom and customers to either CTD or Tile Giant.Topps saleman have not got a patch on the staff at Tile Giant who are next door.

I agree personally. My local Topps are dreadful compared to tile giant. I only ever go in there if absolutely necessary. They are very patronising and never do anything to try to win my custom. I understand all Topps are not going to be like this , but out of the 3 I've used in a 12 mile radius they all have the same ethos. 🙁

Maybe they all go to the same training school,in my local Tile Giant they greet me by my name in Topps its just an effort for them to say morning,I only use it for BAL products if Tile Giant stocked BAL I would not step foot in Topps door.

Using Topps for Bal products??
Hope you are getting a good trade price as they are the last place I would go for my gear.

Mainly grout.dont like Mapei ultracolor on ceramic.

Try CTD for Bal adh and grout. I find them the best by far on service and price. Always look after my customers and nothing to much trouble.

I do get my Bal from CTD but when I need it on the day I have to use Topps.the nearest CTD is 45 miles away.

Do you have a stockist of tilemaster products near you? I promise, once you've used grout 3000 you won't use BAL coloured grouts again.

No there was a small tile shop abut 3 miles away opened up for a while but then closed I did notice they stocked it ,after reading reviews on here have been keeping a look out .
