Hi richard i must say i like your style, you are handling it all very well by the sound's of it, i think the guy who said about making peace was a good one to try ,he has an axe to grind over something ,this is why i like to live in the country as to many peeps to close together & there is trouble ,if you think about it peeps fight wars over this stuff on the world -wide side .......good luck to you and your family ...........

I have the perfect solution to this problem,
under his sign at eye level screw a wooden box up, in the box put a comedy boxing glove on a extending spring, when the nosey old busy body opens the box he will get what he deserves, video the whole thing and you would make enough money to be able to move by selling it to all the funny video tv shows
