For cuts like that I use a shaw cutter Shaw Circle Cutter £28.99 in stock - next day UK delivery plus Tile Cutters and Tiling Tools

Nice bit of kit that...wow up to a 600mm hole, could come in handy for the odd manhole cover 🙂
