Wet UFH in Gyvlon screed, Ditra/Dural to be laid and then 65m2 tumbled marble to be fixed.
Supply Ditra, Gypfix , sand floor, lay marble, grout and seal. Floor area is based over 5 adjoining rooms.
Adhesive for fixing tiles is provided as is grout and sealer by client.

This is a job mentioned on the forums and already querying prices ! :mad2:

What price would you give ?

Just read this, I worked it out from Neale's post, didn't read the replies, got it to £3900.00 then saw Bri's price. Must be close £60.00 per m2 sounds good to me.
