I had it at £16 to supply and fit ditra and £35 for the tiling as the adhesive is supplied so £51 times 65 around the £3300-£3500 mark

I would think the size of the tile could make a difference.
i would go same as bri/phil hobson based on 400x 400 or larger but that would be based on solid bedding stone, not just notchging the floor.
if 100 x 100mm then different story

So it seems they will be going ahead with another tiler, no Ditra/Dural and even cutting costs by sanding the floor themselves....Ahh well good luck.
