after a most enjoyable 3 night break in Spain, we went to Ryan air check in to get our luggage on the plane. We'd booked and checked in on-line to save hassle etc before travelling to Spain. However, when we got to Gerona airport to come home, we had to pay £40 each to check-in again, altho' we had been booked onto the flight, one of our party (who's a travel agent and had done the booking for us all) had missed ticking a box on Ryanair's website that then issued the return checking in certification documents. Easy to say ' silly mare' but in the time we were sorting it out, at least 20 more people were having to do the same!! If anybody is flying with Ryanair, make sure you have outbound and return check in documentation!
