What do you guys (and girls) Shave with?
I used to use the old mach 3 and squirty shave gel but now I have got into traditional shaving and LOVE it.

At the moment Im using a 111 year old cut throught razor with all the gear, badger brush, scuttle etc.

And I still havnt cut my nose off yet!!

iused mach 3 for years until they started charging 14 quid for 8 blades

i found recently the blades werent lasting long so i use a disposable wilkinson one that is cheaper and smoother to use

I have noticed that the Mach 3 blades dont last or work as well as they used to. I thought I was being too cynical again but maybe its a ploy to get you to buy the latest shaver from them.

Unfotumately I havent found any better as yet...I have found worse ! I guess I may be lucky as I dont need to shave everyday anyway,

I use disposable cheapies for the same reason as kilty

I had an old shaving kit with the razor roll sharpener but never got the hang of getting the blade really sharp, the old badger shaving brush was nice and came in a china mug, it sat around the bathroom for a few months and then got sold in the shop

it was a lovely bit of kit and very collectable, ive been shaved by a barber with the cutthroat and hot towels , wonderfull feeling and a really close shave

i tried a number of dif ones neale and same as you no good,i did find a wilkinson sword one...just a disposable one its blue in colour in a 4 pack and retaisl at 3.50 for 4 razors.i get 3 cuts out 1 razor so im happy with them

Best shave I ever had was while in Turkey, I then knew why women like this pamper weekends. It wasnt just a shave, you got a neck massage , hair trimmed, eyebrows and Nose hairs....OUCH !

Thats what got me into it, the price of blades is mad! And also the mach 3s are really bad for your skin over a long period of time.

I would recommend it to any1, its cheaper, better for your skin (no razor burn or in growing hairs), 10x closer and there is something nice about using a tool that has been crafted. The razor really is beautiful.
The only down side is that it isnt quick but I save using the cut throat for my days off, it makes a nice change to take the time out to have a really decent shave and make yourself feel good rather than rushing before you go out the door.

Asda triple blade ones for me, I only need to shave about twice a week tho'.

during the winter I shave legs and underams about twice a week using cheap disposable razors from the supermarket. however during the summer, I have the luxury of using hair removal creams and tend to use them every other day

I'm surprised comestics companies haven't created a hair removal cream for blokes faces yet. they have been selling creams for tough hair e.g. back and chest hair... natural progression to facial hair soon?

Haven't been clean shaven for 15 years and only use beard trimmers now.
