Tile Spacers, leave them in, or take them out, What say you!!!

always take them out, been using 1000 x 1000 lately....I only manage 1m2 a week:lol:

You never count right Tony?I can tell you:for metro tiles is 44 spaces,for 100x100 is 72 spaces.

an extra week, 2 days to take out the spacers and 3 days to grout and polish,,,,you can't rush a good job :lol:

I only use spacers as pegs so they must be removed, on floors I leave them in though as I'm using the whole spacer bellow the depth of the tile, trying to remove spacers fully inserted would be very time consuming and simply unnecessary IMO.
