For future reference.....

You grout as much as you can, usually a fair amount if not all of your wall or floor, you wet the sponge, roll it on the rollers to get it to almost the perfect... dampness?! and do circular motions over your grout joints. Then give the sponge a wiggle in the water and the grout will settle beyond the grid in the bucket which means there's less chance of it messing your sponge up again when you dip it in next time. Rolling the sponge over the rollers again to get the sponge ready and then do one large diagonal wipe pressing on a little in a smooth motion, and rinse/roller the sponge after each single use and you end up with grout joints all cleaned off and tiles that usually wouldn't need a dusting off/buffing up afterwards.

Be sure to get the water out of the ends of your sponge using your rollers too.
