I believe, unless you stated a callout/survey charge on the phone before hand, you cant invoice or charge them after.

Had a lot of time wasters recently. Quoted a woman £320 to do a job and she text later asking if I could do it for £200!!!

I would have replied "Of course I can for £200, now which bits don't you want doing for that price?"

I thought she was just trying it on and I would get a call a couple of days later asking when I could do it, but nope. Must have got someone to do it for cash or on the dole
