I'm getting it all the time as well. How can these people afford to live with the crazy prices they quote. I couldn't even cover my bills with prices I've heard, let alone make any money. It's a sad state if you ask me.

I believe, unless you stated a callout/survey charge on the phone before hand, you cant invoice or charge them after.

I thought she was just trying it on and I would get a call a couple of days later asking when I could do it, but nope. Must have got someone to do it for cash or on the dole
