After 7 weeks, 4 emails, 3 telephone calls and receiving no response from a firm regarding repeated damage to my village green by **** supermarket delivery vans, it was starting to take the proverbial......
The answer.....20 emails an hour to the person concerning......worked a treat.....she was on the phone to me smartly asking me stop sending emails because it stopped her computer working!, altogether now.....ahhhhhhhh.
And what she said, without actually saying it was......she hadn't actually looked at the file........7 WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
