Its very easy to get the work in and win the contracts but finding the right people to do the work/be on your team of fitters representing you/your company and then also get them to keep to your high standards is almost impossible!!

I'm desperately seeking another 1 or 2 tilers to join our busy team but every "professional" tiler I give a chance to turns out to either cost me money through dodgy practice or they walk off the job leaving me looking a right .......

TJ never lets me down though....accept for putting Gold on the radio!!!! Whats that all about????

If I had to listen to your Absolute Rock each day I'd stay in the North East and let you do all these 100square Metre floors on your own.
Never done so many big tiles 1200mm and 800mm and if it wasn't for my son I couldn't pick them up so I put up with his Heart wireless station.

but in all seriousness, I don't think "name and shame" is the way to go, we've had these issues to deal with before and until the member voluntary comes forward and puts his side forward we're only getting one side to the story and a possible lynch mob too.
